Accepting Things As They Are: An Interview with Rabbi Ariana Capptauber
Show Notes

Meet Rabbi Ariana Capptauber who within the span of a few months, became ordained, moved to a new state, started a new job, and gave birth to her first child. Hear how mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, accepting things as they are, and forgiveness have helped her during this momentous time of her life.

Her Rosh Hashanah sermon about forgiveness is what prompted me to ask her to be a guest. And I thought there was no better time than the end of the year, when many reflect on the past year and make plans and resolutions for the New Year, to share this interview.
