Magnified Anxieties Leaving NYC During a Pandemic: An Interview with Jordi Lippe-McGraw
Show Notes

The anxiety of the unknown was magnified and lasted for months for freelance writer and mom, Jordi Lippe-McGraw, after she and her family left New York City at the beginning of COVID-19 in the US. Would you be able to leave your home without knowing when you were coming back?  Two weeks turned into 7 months and counting for Jordi and her family. Hear her story of living in Manhattan pre-pandemic, the precautions she and her family were putting in place, and how it ALL changed in less than a few hours!

Jordi shares her experience with postpartum depression/anxiety during and after weaning breastfeeding. We also discuss how "radical change" can come from small things.
